The University of Al Baha platform is a Saudi platform specialized in vocational education and training, designed to support Saudi youth in achieving their career goals in line with Vision 2030.

The platform offers a range of professional diplomas and training programs in various fields, such as business administration, technology, design, and others. University of Al Baha allows users to view courses, attend live sessions, take exams through an integrated system, and obtain accredited and electronically verified certificates.
The application is available in both Arabic and English and offers flexible payment options, including full payment or installments, to meet user needs.

Registration and User Account:
After completing the process of creating an account on the University of Al Baha platform using an email address and password, and registering for one of the professional diplomas, users must adhere to the following:
1. Full Registration: The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating the account and update it as necessary to ensure continuity of service.
2. Compliance with Platform Usage Rules: The user pledges to comply with all terms and conditions governing the use of the platform, including refraining from any practices that may harm the course of education or technical systems. For the Platform
3. Use of Personal Accounts: Users must use only their personal accounts and not share login information with any other party.

Intellectual Property Rights
1. Content Ownership: The educational content provided, including lessons, tests, and projects, is owned by Al Baha University.
2. Sharing Prohibition: Sharing any part of the educational content with others or publishing it on social media without permission is prohibited.
3. Personal Project Rights: Students are permitted to publish their own projects, but they are not permitted to share or use their colleagues’ projects without permission.
4. Legal Actions: Al Baha University reserves the right to legally pursue any infringement of intellectual property rights and to suspend access to the account in the event of a violation.
Obligations and Responsibilities
1. Educational Resources: Al Baha University is committed to providing all resources necessary to complete training professionally.
2. Maintaining Security: The Academy ensures that all interactive activities are conducted in accordance with security and privacy standards. Recording or filming sessions without prior permission is prohibited.
3. Review: The user’s account remains a permanent reference for reviewing the educational content at any time. Time

Payment and Billing:
1. Payment Methods: Diploma fees are paid through available electronic payment methods, with the possibility of full payment or installments, depending on the options available at Al Baha University.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Students are entitled to a refund if they withdraw within the specified refund period. After this period has expired, students are not entitled to any refund.
3. Non-Payment: If fees are not paid or proof of payment is not provided within the specified time, registration is automatically cancelled.

Changes and Cancellation:
1. Announcement of Changes: Any changes to the payment and cancellation policies will be announced before they are implemented.
2. Cancellation and Withdrawal:
Students can cancel their registration for the Professional Diploma by unsubscribing from their personal account on the platform or deleting their account entirely. However, they are not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid in accordance with the payment policy.

Guarantee and Installation
Certificate of Accreditation: Students who complete the diploma requirements receive a certificate accredited by the Academy, which is requested electronically.
